Albany Tech Rescue

"I highly recommend Thomas for your every computer needs. He is a very knowledgeable young man, provides a variety of services, works efficiently, and does the job right."

"Thomas recently came to my house and helped me set up 3 TVs along with a Wii system. Not easy in the modern tech world to figure all this out and it was great to have Thomas get it all set up for me."

"Thomas helped me finish my custom PC build and did an excellent job backing up and helping re-download programs. He also installed an AIO cooling system and some extra hard drives! Don't hesitate to message him."

"I had a computer problem and brought the machine to a repair service in Niskayuna (Albany Tech Rescue). Thomas the technician did an excellent job of fixing the unit. He is user friendly and competent."

"Strongly recommend Thomas. We attempted to swap out an existing gaming pc system into a newer upgraded case with limited success. Thomas quickly identified issues and repaired the pc, as he found missing connections and hardware that was not installed correctly. Also adjusted the fans in bios. Extremely professional, explains the process and repairs, and takes pride in his work as demonstrated by the "clean" cable management work inside the case. Thomas was quick to respond and communicates throughout the entire process."

"Thomas was able to help me sync my phone to my PC. I had been working at myself to no avail but with a few suggestions I was up and running."

"Had Thomas help me finish my custom computer build. He reset everything checked all the thermal paste to make sure it wouldn't fail down the road(my first build) so double checked my work and installed a new additional hard drive, and installed a aio cooling system for me. I'd recommend to everyone from needing to find a lost file, or building a whole computer!"

"I've been happily working with Thomas for almost a year. He is professional, personable, and knowledgable. If he doesn't know how to solve a problem, he researches persistently to find an answer. Needing tutoring on my phone and computer, Thomas has been very patient, giving me clear and understandable explanations. I highly recommend him!"
