We know that there are many people out there who have some basic problem and they don't want anyone to stop by to help. This is where our virtual servics come in. we will walk you through fixing your problem through gmail, text threads, a video call, etc, and will do our best to make sure you leave the call with a fixed problem, or at least a better understanding of what to do next.

What I Do

  • Create the call/message thread
  • Learn what problem you may be encountering
  • Order parts/walk you through the fix
  • Confirm the problem is fixed/closer to being fixed

What you must do

  • Message me with a breif description of your problem
  • Be ready for a call/chat and to take notes if needed
  • Be prepared for needing to take another step to fix your problem such as ordering parts
  • Let us know if you have any problems later on
